箱体部份：柜体、层板、基座柜体采用电解镀锌钢板，表面均经静电及磷化处理。采用双层夹心结构，经过酸洗、磷化处理，后经高温烘烤制作而成。具有很强的抗压强度。台面板：采用荷兰TRESPA TOPLAB千思板

【柜 体】采用1.0mm厚度优质冷轧钢板，表面经磷化处理（注：对钢板进行去油、除锈，使其表面形成一层保护膜，增大上粉率及牢固性）表面EPOXY环氧树脂喷涂，进烘箱高温固化。上柜结构为木玻对开门，下柜结构为全木对开门。
